We like to keep tarator on hand in the fridge because it's such a great and versatile ingredient, especially when it comes to summer salads. Tarator makes an incredibly easy yet delicious dressing that requires no extra steps!
Wash the spinach and pat dry between two paper towels. Place in a bowl.
Place the chicken in a separate bowl with ¾ cup of tarator. Mix together well then place on top of the spinach.
Slice red onion into rings and halve cherry tomatoes. Place in the bowl with the spinach and chicken.
Thin the remaining 1/3 of tarator with some water until it takes on a creamy consistency. Pour over the salad as a dressing.
Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds as an extra garnish, squeeze lemon over spinach and chicken.
